Legal Entity subscription

Hello,

We have requirement from a customer which as only 2 operating units and many legal entities.I have used the subscription to LE and enabled the tax.  When I don't put in any rules and allows the defaults to trigger the correct VAT comes up. When I put in the place of supply rule the tax is looking at the OU address and not the legal entity address for Bill From.

Have anyone used the subscription of the LE setting and got tax to use the LE attributes and not the OU.

Any help you provide will be deeply appreciated.
