Execute and Create Job button disabled for custom depot repair responsiblity

Hello,

Created a custom responsiblity for depot repair. See that when repair order is created and trying to create a repair wip job. In repair job tab see that the Execute job button and Create job button are disabled.

Attached document with menu details for reference. Also profile CSD: Repair Execution mode is set to Depot Repair.

Let me know if iam missing some setup.
