Loading historical data directly into ARM tables

We are in the process of loading  historical data from another system into ARM by directly inserting records into the various ARM tables. The type of data we are migrating includes profiles, reconconciliations, transactions, comments, instructions, supporting documentation etc.

For Summary Reconciliations, the Summary tab does not display any balances. Data was loaded into ARM_BALANCES, ARM_SUMMARY_AMOUNTS, ARM_SUMMARY_REC_CHILDREN and ARM_SUMMARY_BALANCES. Can you provide more details on what tables are being used to display the balances on the Summary tab especially for Summary Reconciliations?

Also, data was loaded into ARM_REFERENCES for supporting documentation for reconciliations but the link is being displayed under Instructions rather than Attachments. Any idea why it would be displayed there?
