Problem of cost method in CMRO

The Customers' requirements are fllowing:
In the maintenance and repair business,the cost of one facility that was purchased lately is purchasing cost,for exzample 100.After the facility is disassemblied,the cost need to be 0.
However,when the facility is repaired outside by the supllier,the cost of this one is required to become repairing cost,maybe 80.
In this time ,the same item code in the system has three different costs.
I wonder how to achieve the situation in the EBS system?
