'Web To Go' application page is not opening

Hi All,

After installing Oracle10gLite 'Web-To-Go' application, web to go icon appears on desktop. After clicking on it, 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' error is coming. It should open application page as shown in attached document.

What can be remedy in this case?
