store order connection issue in sim-rms

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) system, when we click on 'Inv Mgmt' -> 'Store Orders', the following error is displayed:

"The connection to store purchase order system cannot be made at this time"

Please help me out to solve this issue.

I tried to follow this document, but could not solve the issue
