CSV output in BI Publisher

Hi,

Whenever I am setting CSV as the default output option,it is directly asking either to open or save the file in excel but my requirement is customer should open the report link and provide some inputs based on which he would be able to see the output first on the screen and then if required he would export the same or open it in excel.Please suggest how this can be done.
