URGENT: Cycle count interface issue - There is no corresponding cycle count entry and unscheduled co

Hi All,

We are following the below process to do the cycle count for our client but not able do it successfully.

Please find the below steps and help me on this.

> Creating Cycle count in EBS and setup the shcedules.

> Integrating the Cycle count data into external mobile apps.

> Doing count in the inventory as per the schedule and updating the actual count in Mobile apps.

> Saving the updated cycle count data in staging table and importing data into MTL_CC_ENTRIES_INTERFACE table by using custom program.

> Running the Import cycle count entries from open interface program but getting an error "There is no corresponding cycle count entry and unscheduled count requests are not allowed." in MTL_CC_INTERFACE_ERRORS table.
