In E1 9.1 Tools 9.1.4 How to change 10 Key Decimal to comma

Hi Community --

We are in Spain and have our user profile set to ES and the comma as the decimal separator.  In E1, if I enter a number using the 10 key, the . on the keyboard is a . not a comma.  So I can't enter numbers using the 10 key without going to the main keybaord to type the comma... very frustrating.  In Excel, when I type a number on the 10 key, the . on the key actually enters a comma.  How do we re-map this key in E1?  Or is there a setting that needs to be changed?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
