Compile error: user-defined type at bnebootstrap_saxch when creating document

Compile error: user-defined type at bnebootstrap_saxch when trying to create document with EBS "Web Applications Desktop Integrator" and MSFT Excel 2013.

Already applied patches 10108052, 18789889, 19069057, 12845656 and 19273341 and still got the issue.
