LOV for Serial Number when completing a WIP Job in Depot Repair

In Depot Repair when completing a WIP Job the LOV for Serial Numbers is including all that have a status of "IN WIP" even if they Install Base Instance is expired.    We change serial numbers on many items during repair which will expire the IB Instance for the old serial number.   These Serial Numbers are now in the LOV during WIP Completion.
