OSW Watcher spanwed thousands of processes: /bin/sh ./OSWatcher.sh 10 192 gzip

The customer enabled the  OSW private interconnect monitoring yesterday and both nodes ran spawn thousands of processes like the ones below causing an outage this morning 5 AM.
