R12 custom report error 'Program was terminated by signal 11'

Hi,

A custom report on R12 is giving the below error in log file

Start of log messages from FND_FILE

+---------------------------------------------------------------------------+

Program was terminated by signal 11

Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request 48684752.

Review your concurrent request log and/or report output file for more detailed information.

+---------------------------------------------------------------------------+

It was available on 11i and after upgrade we have rebuilt it and now trying to run it but it's ending with error signal 11.

Please can anybody help what can be the issue.

The query is returning data on Toad and the parameters are correct, what could it be? What to look for?
