Corrupted Inventory Transfer Records
Since upgrading to E910 Update 2 on Tools Release 9.1.4.4 we have experienced intermittent issues with inventory transfers getting corrupted but we are unable to reproduce the exact issue and were wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
So far we have two symptoms of the problem:
- The first and most common, is that the first line (the from side of the first transfer line) is missing after the transfer is entered. There are no errors displayed to the users, the only way we are able to find these errors is because the GL batches do not balance. We have reviewed the F4111 but according to the UKID there are not any missing lines.
