HSA Catchup DBA

We have an employee that is eligible for additional funding in their HSA due to their age. We have one DBA that has an IRS regulated limit and another DBA that allows the additional limit. Is there a way for me to set up the two DBA's so the additional DBA will automatically start calculating once the original DBA reaches its limit?
