installation of EM fails on prerequsite configuration 12c

Here is the issue when I am installing new oracle enterprise manager 12c Cloud control  then I am getting error screen popup and it is looping.

Please help, I think this is a 12c bug, but maybe there is a work around to change the default size of the DB it wants to use from 8k to 32K like all of our other instances?
