LPN setup steps

One of the steps in Doc ID 1052129.1 for setting up LPN for a branch instructs the user to create a record with LPN turned off in P46L001.  Does this need to be a blank record with LPN off?

Note-There is already a blank record with LPN switch ON.  This is vanilla.
