stand-alone database and oracle rac in the same cluster of different versions.

configuration will be distributed as follows oracle RAC servers M6 node1 node2 node3 Node4 ° - CRS version 11.2.0.3.x ° - 14 Instances on nodes [2,3,4] in version 11.2.0.1.x       Note: Node 1 does not contain instances of the cluster. ° - 17 Stand-Alone Database on node 1 with version 10.2.0.5.x ° - 43 applications between different database. what are the best practices or problems that could be generated?
