highlighting by hierarchy level

Hi,

Got two requests from business

1. highlighting by hierarchy level, ex. month level has different color than week level.

2. currently, when batch is about to start, any users that are still on-line users will get an email saying you need to save your work and log out, instead of email, can there be a pop up message?

Those two sound like reasonable requests, but I am not able to find solutions.

Are they doable by changing the fusion client confiuration or workbook format?
