Listener is not coming up on RAC 11.2.0.3. on one node

Hi I am trying to start the local listener from GRID_HOME on 11.2.0.3 RAC running on RHL 6.5. It is failing with below errors, please help me to fix this issue. It is really urgent for me.

from node 1

[grid@ ~]$ srvctl status listener

PRCR-1035 : Failed to look up CRS resource  for ora.listener.type

PRCR-1068 : Failed to query resources

Cannot communicate with crsd

[grid@l ~]$ srvctl start listener

from  node 2

[grid@ ~]$ srvctl start listener -n node1
