Scan name is not working to connect database.

Hi, We have 11.2.0.3 RAC running on RHL 6.5. Users are not able to connect database using scan names, everyone is able to connect using VIPs. I have tried to register the database with the scan manually, I don't get any error while registering manually but I don't see any registered service with the SCAN. Please help me to resolve this issue.

I get the below error.

ORA-12541: TNS:no listener

[grid@~]$ lsnrctl status LISTENER_SCAN2
