How to restrict OU at responsibility

Hi,

I have created one additional operating in existing setup and same operating assigned for one responsiblity (eg. Payables Manager) using MO: Operating Unit profile option. Even thoughh i am able to access other operating from this responsiblity (Payables Manager). I should not access other OU from this responsiblity. How to restrict.
