Mass Addition Error

Hi Guru's

               Unable to Submit Mass addition due to error " Please Choose An Existing Combination"  after entering the Location filed & When Saving a Record.


Please advise

1. I have already set the profile option Flexfields: Validate on Server to YES at site level ( Allow Dynamic Inserts is Unchecked for all the 3  Asset Flex fields )

2. Setup > Asset System > Asset Keys and enter a query & there  From &  To date is empty and with Check box enabled.

3. If the Asset key  FF , 'Required' box  is Un-checked on the Asset Key Flexfield setup form.
