Using Report Builder Release 10.1.2.2.0 as part of the Ebus Suite HR/Payroll module version 12.0.11

Please see attached screenshot. I need to add field F_LEAVE_INFO to Repeating Frame R_PAYMENT1 but even though I click in the correct area using Report Editor->Paper Layout it gets added to the parent frame M_PAYMENT_GRPFR1.
