R12.1.3 : patch 19258579 failing fwkrestgrant.ldt

hello,

We are applying the CPU patch 19258579 on EBS 12.1.3. Platform is HP-UX Itanium server.

The patch is failing on fwkrestgrant.ldt

$ tail -20 adwork001.log

Loading data using  FNDLOAD function.

Calling FNDLOAD function.

Returned from FNDLOAD function.
