Confirm Shipment

Hi,

I am using JD9.1. i was going through processing Options of P4205. Here i have not understood that in version tab option is given to add version for P4312 ( Purchase Order Receipt).

While doing confirm shipment I can not find the application of P4312 in either form or Row exit.

Please explain me the use of this. Is it use at the time of ST/OT process  ??
