Addition of user to server manager user group to access server manager for specific purpose

Hi ,

Please help me to grant user to access server manager for clearing cache.:

steps i have followed:

1:i have created user group in server manager and given cache_admin name

2.i added clear cache pernission to this group

3.then i added name of user for whome access is needed to management console user

4.then i granted user group cache_admin to user

upto this i have done....now my question is how this user will access the server manager and what will be the password(is it same as he used to login jde?)
