Runtime prompt - member selection problem

I have a weird problem with member selection when launching business rules. When I launch a business rule the "runtime prompt" pop up. Then I click on member selection icon. And till here everything is fine.

 

When I am in the member selection window, I want to add members, moving them from left to right. I can move member, selecting them individually or in groups, but the problem is when I select a group or member that exceed window dimension: the members that are not visible (becasue scrolling down hidden them) are not moved. But the even more strange thing is that once tried to do the selection I explained, is not possible anymore to add the members that where not added before.
