Integration error in automation agent

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in our Project where OTM is unable to send the outbound transmissions to our legacy.We post via HTTP Post method to servlet. However, this is only happening while we trigger automation agent on event "SHIPMENT TENDER - SENT" which sends plannedshipment to legacy system to change service provider.

The error message says:

Tender for Shipment 2722754 PROD - Error in build/send XML integration for HTTPPOSTTopic: persistXML=true, guaranteedDelivery=false, externalSystem=LGC.HTTP OUTBOUND SDK, iMessageGid=null    Error writing transaction: {elementName=null} Vector index: {...

But we are unable to trouble shoot this furthuer..
