Not able to view a particular offer in Trade Management

Hi Team

I am trying to search a particular offer in Trade Management under Trade Planning, however it doesn't let me do that.

I am able to query it from back-end.

Not sure what is the problem.

I already have imported my employee records as resource in Trade Management and assigned to group.

Also, required Sales Roles are also assigned.

Other users with the same set up are able to see the offer.

Please let me know what could be the issue and the solution.
