Running R07810 - Weeks worked. Report was run twice in update mode, now the weeks worked in the F06

User ran R07810 in update mode twice for 3rd quarter.  This doubled the Z tax history records for the quarter.  The documentation clearly states the R07810 can be run more frequently then once a quarter, shouldn't the report take into account the existing tax history, and not double up the monthly balances?  Is there a way to correct the tax history, without having to manually update each Z record in the F06136?
