Sourcing - FYI Notification to Suppliers

Hi,

As part of the negotiation process, many a times it is required to send a notification to the suppliers say with revised specifications/drawings etc., without they acting on it. Its more like a FYI notification to them with attached specs/drawings. This may be a  part of an existing negotiation event. Is there a way we can meet this requirement in Sourcing? We cannot use either RFI or RFQ as both require an acknowledgement and response back from the suppliers. This is more like a uni-direction communication to the suppliers.

Is there any option? Any ideas?
