How to consumed inventory item after receiving in to Inventory for Prototype Project using Orcale Pr

AS-IS Process:

A serialized normal inventory item, which is purchased from a supplier and received into a project  task. we will purchase a product from a Supplier and it will be received into inventory then issued to a project task using Oracle Inventory Mise Issue transaction. We consumed that item for prototype project but Inventory Account shows that balance.

TO-BE Process(Expected):

A serialized normal inventory item, which is purchased from a supplier and received into a project  task. we will purchase a product from a Supplier and it will be received into inventory then  we will issue same inventory item without using Oracle Inventory Mise Issue transaction. We consumed that item for prototype project and we don't want show that balance to Inventory Account.
