confusion in "Combo of OJVM Component 11.2.0.3.1 DB PSU DB PSU 11.2.0.3.12 (Oct2014)"

I just applied patch 19791427. After opatch closed out the 19282015 apply it spewed this at me:

Why would they spew that I should complete the deinstallation steps here.

There is the 4 Deinstallation in the README. They can't possibly mean for me to run the deinstallation steps, but that's what they say to do.

They're casting doubt on the procedure. Do they mean:

"Complete the post installation steps if things went well or complete the deinstallation steps if things went badly?"
