Extended RAC implementation

Hello everyone.

    I'm looking for a document regarding Extended RAC installations, i mean an actual implementation. I know the installation is practically the same as a regular RAC, but all the tweaks that are needed for proper function i guess aren´t. I've already found http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/products/clustering/overview/extendedracversion11-435972.pdf and i'm really past this.

If someone knows of an installation example with descriptions of the infrastructure used for interconnect and SAN, please share.
