Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Display icon in taskbar in Gantt tab

Hi All,

1) In Field Service Dispatch Center Form -> go to Gantt tab

2) For Task bar for Customer confirmation Required, Received ,parts and Access hours it displaying icon it is fine.

4) It is a standard form and here they are picking icons with the given class file 'CSFDataSource'.

5) And it is impact on the below view 'csf_gnticons_setup_v' and pls file CSFGTPLB.pls 'CSF_GANTT_DATA_PKG' .

6) And these icons can be controlled from Scheduling Chart Setup form.

My requirement is icon to set Follow Up Tasks also in a task bar.So, Business is easily identify with particular icon which task it is.
