Migrating existing customer bill-to ship-to sites to a new operating unit

We are on R12.1.2. We have created a new operating unit. We have existing customer in other operating units. We want to add the existing bill-to ship-to sites for existing customers to the new operating unit.Also we want the site level contacts to be migrated tho the new operating unit. How can we achieve this using minimal coding?
