Order number generated by the sequence for this order type already exists.

Dear All

An order with sequence number 10000013 already exists in OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL. But sequence has the NEXTVAL 10000013 which causes error "Order number generated by the sequence for this order type already exists." Why did it happens??
