Travel booking integration with EBS procurement

My client, who is still on 11.5.10, is looking to extend the punchout solution in iProcurement to cover travel bookings. The expectation is to be able to navigate to the supplier's travel booking site from iProcurement and complete the booking there, and return to iProcurement with a booking reference number to complete a requisition with the booking reference and price. Thus when the supplier sends invoices, the same can be matched to POs carrying the booking reference number.  The main difference from the standard punchout flow would be that instead of accessing the static catalog hosted by the supplier and
