Application patch failing due to adjava not found error

Hi Team,

Done a fresh install of Oracle EBS R12.1.1 with database 11.1.0.7 upgraded 11.2.0.3

Now I am trying to upgrade EBS R12.1.1 to R12.1.3, but am struggling to apply the patch 9239089, as it is failing on ad_parallel_update_units.xdf

with the following error

adjava oracle.apps.ad.worker.AdJavaWorker "(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS_LIST=(LOAD_BALANCE=YES)(FAILOVER=YES)(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=hotsname.internal)(PORT=1521)))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=SONES)))" APPS ***** thin 1 /u01/oracle/SONES/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/adUtilMapNew.txt

/bin/sh: adjava: command not found.
