Unable to transfer the Material transaction to GL

Hi Team ,

   we are Unable to transfer the Material transaction  of Account Alias to GL for the current period .

we have checked all set ups however unable to transfer that entries . did any where we need to enable journal import or any set up related to create accounting  at organization level?

The  create accounting program for - costmanagement is not picking that entry.

Here iam attaching that transaction distribution and the journal inquiry screen shots.

Its very urgent request you to let us know the solution soon .
