how to set VerCheckTime server parameter?

hi,

As per this document, (Bookshelf v8.1/8.2: Activating a Workflow Process),  VerCheckTime specifies the refresh interval for Workflows.

How can I change this interval?

In Siebel mobile server, I go to Server Administration > Server Parameters.

I can't see an parameter related to version check time.

There is the obvious "Version Check" parameter but that's a false positive! It is used for schema changes on Node Servers.

Can someone help?
