Update amortization schedule payment amount in Lease Payments

Hi,

I'm using Oracle 12.1.3. I have a requirement to update the AMORTIZATION SCHEDULE payment amount in lease payments.

Navigation: Fixed Assets --> Setup --> Asset System --> Leases --> Lease Payments

Query for a payment schedule and Click on View Amortization.

Given below a scenario to explain my requirement:

For Lease A, i have created a payment schedule 123 (Total amount 1000$). Payments are across for 10 periods (10*100$). Suppose if 4 (400$) periods are paid, and during 5th period, I want to update the remaining 6 amortization line payment amounts to ZERO and insert a new amortization line (in FA_AMORT_SCHEDULES) with the balance payment amount (600$)
