I want to make hold for specific sales order base on quantity per month ? Any one can helpl please .

Expample,

We want to sell one customer 1000 EA per month from set of items (A Item or B item , C item) by enter many orders throughout the month but

if the order totals reached to 1000 per month , the hold process should be work for any order let the total more than 1000 EA.
