How to create Repair Actual charge lines from Tech Portal?
From the Technician Portal, when we click on the Generate Estimate button, the Charge lines are created with the Line Type as Estimate (when seen in the SR Form). How can the charge lines be changed to Actual so that they can be Submitted for Order Management processing?
We are able to do it from the Repair Actual tab on the Repair Order (Workbench) Form. Our issue is with the Technician Portal as we don't plan to use the Form in our business process
Steps to reproduce:
Create Repair Order.
Open the Repair Order from the Technician Portal page.
Select Service Codes and Generate Jobs.
