Payroll element in iRecruitment

Can we bring the payroll element in the iRecruitment offering page.

Like we have housing allowance , Cost of Living allowance and other allowance

We need to bring this element during the offer creation process, in the current process we have basic salary. Is there any feature available to display the other element which can be included in offer letter and during hire process the same element can be created
