Contact Field no longer mandatory in R12.13
Hello Team
I notice that the 'Contact' field though highlighted in 'Yellow' in the Repair Order form, does not seem to be mandatory anymore in R12.1.3. The system still lets us proceed to create a Repair Order even without having to enter the Contact Person.
Please advise if this is the intended Oracle Release 12 functionality. Else, please recommend any corrective action that can be taken to retain the Mandtory nature of this field.
