siebel upgrade fails with Error "Error executing Action(Export prior customer Repository)

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to upgrade from siebel 8.1.1.5 to 8.1.1.11.when i ran the upgrep i am struck with the following error

Action begin (Export Prior Customer repository)
