Unable to Update Item Data or Purchasing Item Category Code from Forms

Hello Gurus,

I am currently having trouble with two Item master related FORMS in Inventory module.

One is the Master Item/Orgainzation Item Forms (INVIDITM), and the other is Category Code Forms (INVIDCAT).

When updating Item or Category Code master data in these screens,

the messages on the screen footer says that transaction was successful.

Yet, if I search the updated master data again, the updates are not applied, and old data is shown on the screen.

When I look up data in FND_LOG_MESSAGES, there are error messages like these:
