Project/Job End dates

hello all,

I'm working for a client helping them implement Project/Job Cost module. Part of the Project/Job master setup, i know there are planned & actual start and complete dates.

However can someone help me understand that, upon updating the actual complete date against a job master record, will the system stop the users from raising PO's or entering vouchers?
